In his speech, Prof. Mok pointed out that Lingnan University is glad to co-operate with HOHCS to nurture talents for the industry and help young people move up the social ladder.  Ms. Leung praised the students of becoming more mature after the two-year training and encouraged them to pursue future studies so as to broaden their horizon.

At the ceremony, graduate representatives shared their experience gained from the programme, who expressed that although it was challenging to accommodate studies and work at the same time, it can be resolved by effective allocation of time.  The most important thing is that they can apply the knowledge learnt in class to their practical work, so that they can handle job duties more efficiently.
