73 Associate Degree and Higher Diploma students from The Community College at Lingnan University (CCLU) and Lingnan Institute of Further Education (LIFE) received scholarships from the Hong Kong SAR Government under the "Self-Financing Post-Secondary Scholarship Scheme".  4 student representatives of CCLU and LIFE attended the Award Presentation Ceremony held on 18 April 2017.
 
This year, a total of 16 students were awarded the "Outstanding Performance Scholarship", while 4 students were presented the "Best Progress Award".  19 students were awarded “Talent Development Scholarship”, 32 students were awarded “Reaching Out Award” and 2 students were awarded “Endeavour Scholarship”.
