To enhance students’ understanding of Basic Law, The Community College of Lingnan University (CCLU) and Lingnan Institute of Further Education (LIFE) co-organized a series of promotion activities, including summer camps, adventure training camps and seminars for our students with the Basic Law Promotion Steering Committee. A seminar on “Opportunities for Hong Kong under Belt and Road" was held on 18 November 2016 at Lingnan University, delivered by Mr. Patrick Chan, the Deputy Commissioner for Belt and Road.  Apart from introducing the background of "Belt and Road", the seminar also discussed the advantages of Hong Kong's participation in constructions of "Belt and Road" and the relationship between the Basic Law and "Belt and Road".
