22 students from various programmes joined the Cambodia Service Learning Tour which took place from 13 to 21 June. Before the journey, participants were required to attend a 5-day training workshop to understand the needs of service targets and skills for designing games and activities for each service organization.

During the 9-day tour, students visited Young Women Leader Project, House of Family, People Improvement Organization Primary School and Sre Ampil Develop Center. Students enjoyed playing mass games, promoting environmental friendly message and making paper artwork with the children and they were amazed by the kids’ brilliant dancing performance. The warmth and smiley faces of the Cambodian are touching and memorable.

In addition to volunteer service, students also visited some cultural attractions such as Angkor Wat and S21 Killing Field to know more about the history and story of the old Cambodia.
