Lingnan Institute of Further Education (LIFE) Open House 2019 was successfully held on 2 February 2019 at New Academic Block, Lingnan University.  A wide variety of events including articulation seminars, programme introduction, academic advising, HKDSE Mock Examination, campus tours, thematic seminars and taster programmes were arranged for students and parents to learn more about LIFE, as well as to assist them in planning their future study and career.
 
Ms. Emily Lee (Assistant Manager of of Cabin Crew Recruitment, Service Delivery Department of Hong Kong Airlines Limited), Ms. Shum Man Ling (Principal of CUHKFAA Chan Chun Ha Kindergarten & CUHKFAA Shun Lung Yan Chak Kindergarten and Chairman of Hong Kong Kindergarten) and Ms. Chan Yuen Ting (former Head Coach of Eastern Athletic Association Football Team Limited, Professional's Men's Team), were invited to be the guest speakers of various thematic talks, to provide the participants with useful articulation and career information.

Apart from thematic talks, three Taster Programmes taught by LIFE’s lecturer, highlighting “Airline Service and Management”, “Early Childhood Education” and “Sports Coaching and Leadership” were organized for students, so that they could get a taste of studying at LIFE and at the same time, gain more information about the industries they are interested in.
 
Information booths were set up to introduce the Associate Degree, Higher Diploma, Diploma, Diploma Yi Jin and Top-up Degree programmes offered by LIFE.  Campus tours were also arranged for visitors to explore the campus of Lingnan University.
