Lingnan Institute of Further Education (LIFE) Outstanding Student Awards Presentation Ceremony was held successfully on 2 August 2019 at Ben C M Wong Lecture Theatre, Lingnan University, to commend the students of Associate Degree, Higher Diploma, Diploma and Diploma Yi Jin with various achievements.
 
Ms. Shing Sze-wai, Assistant Director (Programme Development and Management), welcomed all guests and praised the awardees.  Full Attendance Award, Excellent School Service Appreciation Award, Excellent Sports and Talent Award, Academic Excellence Award and Outstanding Student Award were given to Diploma Yi Jin students with brilliant performance in various respects.  Honour List and Director’s List were also awarded to Associate Degree, Higher Diploma and Diploma students with outstanding academic performance.
 
LIFE awarded the Entrance Scholarship to newly admitted students who possess the outstanding academic performance or special achievements.  And Progression Scholarship was also granted as an incentive to Associate Degree or Higher Diploma Year 1 students who progress to Year 2 with the outstanding academic results.
 
After the awards presentation, Ms. Chung Ho-yan, student of Higher Diploma in Psychology (Guidance and Counselling), shared her learning journey at LIFE to all guests.  Ho Yan was awarded Director’s List and she offered her gratitude to all LIFE teachers for their encouragement and patient guidance.  She encouraged all guests to be self-confidence in striving for their goal.
