A career talk by Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Sha Tin was arranged for Year 2 students of Higher Diploma in Hospitality (Hotel Operations) on 27 March 2017 to expose them to up-to-date hospitality practical application and Food and Beverage operation. 
 
With a wealth of experience being shared by Mr. Ricky Yeung, Director of Food and Beverage of Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Sha Tin, students were able to grasp daily operation and management theories in a real-life working environment.

Mr. Seth Li, Assistant Learning Manager, also shared his experience of working in the hospitality industry and job opportunities of Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Sha Tin.
