The Sichuan earthquake occurred at Wenchuan in 2008, measuring at the Magnitude 8.0.  After the disaster there are a large number of left-behind children being ignored.  15 CCLU & LIFE students participated in the volunteer service programme organized by Sichuan Changjiang Vocational College from 7 June to 13 June.  They visited Wenchuan Bayi Primary School and taught the left-behind children in Aba Prefecture with students from Sichuan Changjiang Vocational College and Aba Teachers University.
 
Through this event, more positive energy can be passed to left-behind children in Aba and our students are able to become more caring and responsible.
