Visiting EGL Tours
Visits to EGL Tours were arranged for Year 1 students of Higher Diploma in Airline Service and Management and Higher Diploma in Hospitality (Hotel Operations) on 19 November and 7 December 2018 respectively in order to expose them to up-to-dated tourism products in Hong Kong.
The Study Tour Consultant team led our students to visit various departments and explained its functions. Mr. Steve Huen, the Executive Director of EGL Tours, delivered the seminar during the visits. He shared the history of EGL Tours, the operation of travel agents, the recent situation of tourism and introduced the updated tourism products in Asia. Finally, he inspired all students to think of their career path and well equipped themselves with knowledge and skills before graduate. He strongly encouraged all students to strengthen the English abilities which can help them to work in tourism and hospitality industries.
