Programme Objectives
- Trains students to use Japanese at a high level in a variety of workplace and social contexts
- Equips students with the skills for the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test

Programme Learning Outcomes
Upon completion, students will be able to:
- demonstrate effective Japanese listening and speaking skills;
- write Japanese coherently and understand Japanese texts;
- integrate the knowledge of Japanese cultural-related topics with Japanese language acquisition;

2016 嶺南日本研究高級文憑畢業生成功考獲日本語能力試驗N2等級
經過兩年系統的日文學習,多名修讀日本研究高級文憑課程的2016年畢業生成功通過日本語能力試驗(Japanese-Language Proficiency Test),達到N2水平。同學們認為在嶺南的學習中,學院除了提供扎實的日語語言訓練,更注重同學在日本文化、經濟、歷史等多領域知識的累積,從日語零基礎到考獲N2,每一個小小的進步都離不開學院老師的悉心教導。同學們表示畢業後仍會堅持學習日文,並以達到N1程度為目標。

射箭男生 瞄準學業目標
2016日本電影放映會:《元氣泡芙》
學院與日本駐香港總領事館廣報文化部合作舉辦日本電影系列放映會。首場放映會呈獻改編自真實故事的《元氣泡芙》,鼓勵同學珍惜生命中曾經存在的美好,由此得到重新出發的力量。放映會開始前,領事館代表播放介紹日本糖果及甜點的短片,有助同學認識與電影有關的日本特色。

2015 嶺大高級文憑日本文化週成功舉辦
嶺南大學持續進修學院日本文化週活動於2015年3月期間在荃灣百悅坊教學中心舉行,由修讀日本研究高級文憑二年級生籌辦。籌辦是次活動的同學對日本文化有深厚的興趣,希望把相關知識應用在日常生活中,並將日本文化推廣至修讀不同學科的同學。 是次活動內容豐富,分別為攤位遊戲、流行文化活動、電影欣賞及特色食品。參加者可以試玩日本祭典常見的攤位遊戲、競猜改編自日本的歌曲,欣賞日本電影並分享觀後心得,還可以品嚐日本特色小吃。同學答對有關日本文化的小問題可以參加抽獎,贏取小禮物。活動持續四個星期,吸引了來自不同學科的同學參與,同學亦表示是次活動加深了他們對日本文化的認識及興趣。
