Application in Person or by Mail
Applicants may submit an application with the following items in person or by post to
UG01, New Academic Block, Lingnan University, Tuen Mun, N.T.

Please submit your application with the following items:

1. Duly completed application form
2. A copy of applicant’s HKID card or passport
3. A copy of relevant academic transcripts and certificates
4. The original bank receipt of application fee
5. Credentials (if any)

Remarks: Applicants should provide original copies of (2) and (3) for verification upon submission of application form in person or participation in interview.

Application Fee

The application fee is waived.
 

Assessment & Interview

Admission interviews will be arranged once the application is received. Early applications stand a better chance of being admitted.
 

Use of Information

Personal data provided as part of an application for admission will be used solely for the purpose of admission. Personal data of successful applicants will become part of student record for academic, administrative, student activities, alumni management, research, statistical and marketing purposes. The data will be handled by the staff of the Community College at Lingnan University, Lingnan Institute of Further Education and Lingnan University. In all such circumstances, data will be treated in a confidential manner. The application form and other related personal information may be retained after the admission exercise for statistical and research purposes.

Applicants have the right to request access to and correction of the personal data under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. For such requests, please write to Registry and Admission Division (UG01, New Academic Block, Lingnan University, Tuen Mun, N.T.).
