The Lingnan University Sports Day 2024 was held on 21 February 2024 at the Pan Sutong Sports Ground. LIFE students and staff won multiple awards in various events, including the men's long jump, high jump, discus, 100M, 200M, 1500M, 3000M, and the women's 400M, with champions in all events. LIFE students won all top 3 places in the men's triple jump. In the "4x100M Staff Relay", LIFE won the first runner up award.
 
With all outstanding results, LIFE won the overall Men's Team Championship. LIFE congratulates all the athletes for their achievements and wishes them even greater success in the future.
