On 24 March 2021, Year 1 students of Higher Diploma in Hospitality (Hotel Operations) and students of Diploma in College Foundation Studies joined the 'Disney's Hospitality in Practice' Programme at Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel and Theme Park to learn more about the Disney difference in approaching guest services. Students got the chance to observe the daily operations of hospitality service in the Disneyland resort and learn about the required skills in the industry.
 
Under the guidance of Cast Member, Ms Ivy from the Disneyland Resort, students gained invaluable insight into the uniqueness of Disney Guest services (Attentive, Approachable, Patient, Polite, Helpful and Knowledgeable) and acquired a better understanding about the operation and management of a hotel and theme park. All students widened their horizon in this visit.
