Orientation Camp 2023-24
LIFE Orientation Camp took place from 27 to 28 August 2023, at Lingnan University campus and Hong Kong Baptist Assembly. The objective of the camp was to welcome students from various programmes, such as Associate Degree, Higher Diploma, Foundation Diploma, and Diploma of Applied Education, and help them establish a sense of belonging and experience LIFE's culture and atmosphere.
During the event, students from different programmes were grouped into six teams, each led by enthusiastic senior students and experienced alumni. The camp offered a variety of activities, including indoor and outdoor ice-breaking games, campus hunt, adventure activities, and detective games. These activities aimed to foster teamwork, trust, and mutual understanding among teammates. By participating in these activities, freshmen had the opportunity to make new friends, receive support from their peers, and embark on a fulfilling campus life.
